Restore a purchase

If you bought Pro and the unlock didn't follow you to a new device:

  1. Open the app → SettingsRestore purchase.
  2. Make sure you're signed in to the same App Store / Google Play account that originally bought Pro.
  3. Still nothing after 30 seconds? Email us with your store-purchase receipt and we'll fix it manually.

Note: App Store and Google Play purchases don't share receipts — Pro bought on iOS doesn't carry over to Android (and vice versa). Sign in with the same email and your stats and achievements still sync across devices on the same store.

Delete your account and data

Two options, both work the same:

Deletion removes your profile, friends, online lobby history, and stats. Per Apple and Google rules, the purchase record itself stays on the store side — that's not ours to erase. Local on-device data clears when you delete the app.

I bought Pro on iOS — does Android remember? No. App Store and Google Play purchases don't share receipts. Sign in with the same email and your stats and achievements sync across devices on the same store.

Online matches won't connect. Check that you're online, and that api.siete.agileturtles.gr isn't blocked by your network. If both look fine, email us with the device model and the time of the failed connect — we'll cross-reference server logs.

Stuck game or a strange state? Open SettingsDiagnosticsSend report. That bundles an anonymous diagnostic event with breadcrumbs we can replay against the engine.

Is there a subscription? No. Every new player gets a 7-day free trial of the full game; after that, Pro is a one-time €3.99 unlock that includes all future updates. No ads, ever.
